Test everything, more data the better. Then you’ll want to know which time zones are making and costing you money, then re-adjust your sleep habits to capture profitable sessions. This also trains your RAS more because you’re putting in more reps during a backtesting session. Gain as much experience and collect all the data, then fine-tune it.
