That was so wise, "Don't let this discipline become yet another distraction from what you need to feel."

"Every thing u hate about yourself is just a part that loves you and wants to protect you, even a self harming one just wants the physical pain to protect you from unbearable emotional pain and if u just took a time to listen to it and love it back, it might become your greatest gift" what u said in the last part is just a really good piece of advice. I love it

“Cause you didn’t know any better, it’s fine. You’re doing it now. You are doing great.” So emotional !! Didn’t expect to be brought to tears watching this video

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

I was skeptical watching this. I thought it would end like any other video of this kind. I thought you'd finish your 30 day challenge and that you would be happier than ever. But then your short conclusion hit me so hard. I'm starting therapy on Monday, hoping to work through these things. For me, social media has always been my escape. But I don't think I've ever stopped for a second, just to ask myself "What are you escaping from?"

I really don’t know why this popped up in my recommended, but this is exactly what I needed. Exactly one week ago I deleted all social media apps, just not YouTube for at least some information that are kind of educating and not just distracting. I think I’ll join you on that challenge, fitting to my needs and mental health. I guess what you’ve missed in that time was probably doing something supporting your talents doing something that is also distracting but more mind freeing and listening to your inner needs. Thanks for that amazing video 🙏🏻

I personally stopped watching YouTube shorts because I was addicted to them. That was 10 months ago. Now, I’m noticing positive changes in my life, and a higher amount of effort in more of the things I do. People I know deny that they need to do what I did, but their addictions are worse than what mine was. This video reminds me of that, and I’m glad that people like this exist

When you spoke about the bad part that we want to get rid of: "but the more we try to supress it, the more it'll fight back", its crazy how accurate this is, love it!

I love how this video ended. It wasn’t like “Wow after 30 days everything has been healed and I loved happily ever after” but instead it was more like “I didn’t live happily ever after, rather I realized that the story is still ongoing with its highs and lows, but I see it differently and approach things differently in order to better understand myself, love myself, and be more productive.” I think this was a great video and a point in reality that not everything has a expected happy ending to it.

I've watched this maybe twice in the past six months, and it's truly amazing. I really want to give it a try for myself. I'm ignoring my 'productive' side. I'm submitting too much to instant gratification that I can't happily get on with school work or exploring new options when these things are meant to be exciting. My hope starting tomorrow, is that I'm going to disconnect from my 'online/social' world and focus more on myself. To remove unhealthy distractions and to embrace challenge. My goals are to make progress and come to a conclusion with exploring my future (picking university), I know that it would be good for myself to try and make an Instagram page dedicate to something I am passionate about (self improvement). I would also like to focus on my fitness and bettering myself academically because I know I won't get the results I need otherwise. So thank you for this video, it's extremely helpful as it's sparked movement in me.

I never cry, I always thought that it wasn`t for me. I tried to suppress everything and keep going but while watching I felt a sensation rising and rising until I bursted into tears. It is amazing, I can feel the authenticity in these words and feelings and I understand the struggle all too well. Thank you Leon.

I'm in a similar tug-of-war with my creative vein and my more practical and achieving one and this video is what I needed to watch. Thanks, Leon!

This video was truly inspiring and as someone who is still in his teens(15), I figured it would be the best time right now to start taking action, to start learning those skills that are in high demand, to start taking care of myself ( both physically, although I have been doing that for years by now and mentally) and to just start doing something that is not only meaningful to ourselves but also to the world, to make a difference. I hope this video inspired y´all as much as it did myself and who knows maybe in a few month's time I´ll come back to this comment and think"That was the day, the stone started rolling") Cheers
