I can totally do the decompression of the spine. I’m at an assembly line for 8 hours and could totally do that on the line every now and then. Thanks !

Great & so timely! I was just working at the stove for a short time and didn't realize my back had stiffened up until I stooped (correctly) to pick up the dog's bowl. Whoa!!!! I was doing laundry earlier and didn't notice any back pain then, either. It really sneaks up on you!

Ppl always asume I was in military, because when I have to stand still for more than 2 mins, I always put my hands back. It feels natural for me. 😄 Even before back pain, no military background

Back to work. Started Amazon fulfillment center a few weeks ago and my feet have been killing me.
My whole body is starting to work. We stand for 11 hours a day just at work.
