For most people, posture comes naturally... not for me. I am constantly slouching over and have to be thinking about my posture basically at all times. This video helps a lot.

Thank you, Doc, nice video. However, no reference to whether knees should be locked or not. Seems they shouldn't and while it may be inferred from this, maybe it can be made clearer.

If you have pain that persists, consider yoga.
Seriously.
There are apps and YouTube videos to do it at home.
It contributed greatly to resolving my chronic pain.
