WHAT IS BARRE?
…Where you go for the burn, not the beer!

I find that the term “barre” is not widely understood and often leads to misconceptions that it’s solely for dancers or that dance experience is required. Barre is for anyone.

I believe in the power of an active lifestyle and that one’s fitness routine should be fun!
I have been a professional dancer and performer for over 15 years and I need to keep myself in the best shape possible. Barre has been my go-to workout for more than a decade and has proven time and time again to rehabilitate, tone, and tighten my body. I have such a passion for teaching my “barretenders” and I am excited to bring things virtually to YouTube. I have cultivated my own style that is heavily influenced by my dance and fitness backgrounds. I LOVE to mix things up! My classes provide constant challenges (for your mind & your body) and I always bring something new and different to each workout. I would love to build a barre community that empowers anyone to achieve their fitness goals. Workout like a dancer and get the YATTĀ feeling!
