The judge is disgusting to have denied attorneys fees!
This woman basically brought him to court on a matter that is already in front of a referee so this is a non-case, for what? Petty! This woman is petty and should have to pay the fees of the defendant, this woman needs consequences for bringing a frivolous matter before this judge! I’m not sure if this judge is profiting anything from this but it seems like having the defendant pay the costs of an attorney for a motion her lawyer requested, that was already being handled by the referee, should be criminal!

My brother's ex kept suing him for BS reasons, every time the kids were at Dad's they would go home to Mom who interrogated them for her next lawsuit. He finally said, keep the kids I don't care anymore, much to her shock she now had permanent residents. Fast forward 15 years, kids reconcile with Dad and cut off narcissistic Mom.
