Every dicerning IT person should have a spare gigabit switch in their toolkit, especially if its a PoE one. Pre-lockdown I always had one in my backpack as you could guarantee there wouldnt be enough ethernet cables available so having this could open up connectivity for me and my team. Great to see a metal housing, keeps everything premium-feeling. Thanks for the review Dave, greatly appreciated.

I bought the switch you’re talking about what doesn’t it mean when i only have one blinking blue light on the switch from my modem? And iI only have 1 green light tp the one connected to my computer and the speed test wont go any faster the 1 gig? Oh i do have fiber with the 2. Gig service. Thanks.

can with so connect 2 8port 2.5Gb together with a cat5e cable and still get the 2.5Gb speed, my existing cable is 10 meters cat5e?
