After using my mobile phone I always feel pain on the top of my head and also on backside of head from 2 weeks .... according to me ...now my these glasses are inappropriate for my eyes

i just had an eye test 2 days ago it went well, they prescribed me glasees, when i took the glasses after 1 day, left lens was all right but i see blurry from my right eye.
What to do now?

Hello
Before my eye test, my prescription was -3.25 for both eyes. Now optometrist suggest 3.50 and 3.75 another and also cylindrical lenses. Now I have headache, focusing problem, pain in and around eyes.

I wore wrong prescription glasses for almost a year. It was -1D difference but when now i am wearing my correct prescription glasses for almost 2 years still i am unable to adjust to my glasses as i feel dizzy. Can you help me please as i am having a lot of problems
