I am nearsighted, and my vision has actually improved over time without wearing glasses. I see much better with glasses; however, I have no intention of wearing them unless I am looking at nature or something pretty.

I understand that there is no evidence that it weakens the eyes, but is there evidence that it doesn’t weaken eyes?
