Pay pay pay. Twitch/organiser be ready to pay for all the medical expenses forever plus physiological and physical damages plus a fine for not complying with regulations. The hell a lot of money, but doesn't matter she is going to have back problems the rest of her life. I hope she gets well soon. Unbelievable, this cannot happen.
