What dumbasses were asking why she jumped into a foam pit. IT'S A FOAM PIT! That's why

First of all, it was absolutely NOT her fault. Any lawyer worth their salt can wipe their ass with that waiver, and will.
Foam pits are REQUIRED to be several feet deep and PADDED, otherwise it's gross negligence. This pit had no proper spacing and no padding and was a measly two to three feet deep.
What makes it even worse is that the twitch medical staff MOVED HER. If you have any knowledge about handling spinal injuries, you NEVER MOVE THE PATIENT. They only stopped when an off-duty EMT made them.
Twitch is fully at fault here, especially since she had to undergo intensive surgery and PT to even start recovering.

Its a foam pit the whole point of it is so its safe to jump in. Some people really need to learn stuff before they comment. How can anyone blame her for jumping in to something thats literally designed to be jumped in. The fault was the fact the foam pit was to shallow. If the foam pit was deeper she would of been ok. People legit land upside down on their head in foam pits and are fine. When they are deep they are safe this 1 was way to shallow. A rookie mistake for such a big rich company. Clearly didnt put enough effort into making sure it was safe.

Seeing people making fun of her, on an accident as dramatic/traumatic as this, is just an complete and utter disgrace. No one that needs to go through something like this, completely regardless of their past and/or present activities, should've been made fun of whatsoever. I really hope that she can fully recover from this eventually. No one should ever come out of a foam pit with a broken back. I feel deeply pity for her.

I know this incident was awhile ago and I don’t really know her but I’m praying for her and I hope as the time has passed that her back has recovered or at least getting to being better God Bless Her And May Jesus Christ Our Lord And Savior And always watch over her and Keep her safe and to the people saying it’s her fault why not have some dignity yourself and stop saying it’s her fault and that she deserved this shit no one deserves to suffer or be hurt it’s the worst and we shouldn’t be happy or any of that bad thoughts or stuff but you know the Bible says We All have to suffer But For like Jesus Christ can y’all please have some respect just Becuase your a decent human being if you are Becuase no deserves to be hurt I hope this girl recovers and I hope her back heals well God Bless All
