KoA was one of my favorite last gen games...hands down. The following 2 DLC’s were very engaging as well! Love RA Salavatore and his books, so it feels fantastic to play through an original story penned by him!

Damn, it's weird to hear someone say they get nostalgic about this game (and that's coming from someone who gets nostalgic at hearing the Oblivion sound track), but I guess it has been that long since KoA came out. Time sneaks up on you like crazy as soon as you get out of school I guess.

I hope you are right because this game needs serious improvements. Lore of this game? One of the best among all RPG games IMO. However, although gameplay was really fun at the start, it gets really dull and repetitive after a while. At some point, all you do is getting tremendous amount of quests and then killing monsters to complete the quest. The game itself never provides fresh gameplay mechanics through the game, your only motivation is a well-designed combat system which is getting boring since it gets so easy after a while. When these facts combined with long gameplay(you can hit 200 hrs if you want...), KoA:R started to be a headache for me. And what the hell? Why they released this game next to Skyrim's release date? What was the point... I hope they will fix these issues and will provide us fresh gameplay mechanics, as they promised.

The only thing I wished they’d add is online world or multiplayer feature. This would be awesome! I still play KoA Reckoning on my Xbox one.
