Dude I legit NO LIFED this game about 4 years ago. I played it NON STOP. I’m so glad it’s getting the remaster I’ve wanted for years, one of the most underrated games ever by far. Hopefully it does well enough and earns itself a sequel

I literally bought this game a few days ago based on Matty’s recommendation. It arrived the day the remaster leaked. Sad times

I hope the gameplay improvements are just quality of life things, like automatic looting, better menus, etc.

The one change that I want to see the most is removing, or at least rising, the level cap. I remember that if you play both DLCs before Mel Senshir, and do all side quests, you hit level 40 mid-way through Klurikon, with a lot of game still left.

Also, if you go for a dual-class destiny, you get very limited access to highest-tier abilities. And Universalist doesn't get those at all, because there isn't enough Ability points to unlock them

I'm a huge R.A. Salvatore fan, I've been dreaming of this day. This game deserves this second chance and I hope this is a sign of renewed interest in a sequel.

There was three games I bought day one and all of them ended up flopping. Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning, Asura's Wrath, and Bulletstorm. All great games.

The official discord has a modding channel, so we might be seeing official mod support

I doubt they’d do this, but it would be so great for them to add quality of life changes and fixes. Things like new game plus or something, the ability to transmog any item ( once you could craft good enough stuff... the cool looking unique items were useless.)

The gameplay was good, and the customization was amazing but even on the hardest difficulty I found it too easy, I’m hoping the refined gameplay means actual difficulty

There were a few gameplay issues I had with the orginal. I hope they fixed those. But I loved this game and cant wait for the remaster. The combat was so great.

I wish this game combined with dragons dogma could happen... Like the combat on this, with the combined customization and character creations/ ai of dragons dogma... Could be in either universe.

Hopefully this includes a crapton of fixes for the quests. Several instances where if you were doing a certain side quest, it'd make your primary quest impossible to finish.

I still play this game- it's one of the greatest games no one's ever heard of -and I've still got Commander Shepherd's armor!
