Top 10 Healthiest Vegetables to Eat - VitaLife Show Episode 286
In today’s episode Dr. Janine Bowring shares with us the top 10 healthiest vegetables!
You can work all of the 10 healthiest vegetables into your diet or you can incorporate a few daily. These top green leafy veggies assist with getting in those great antioxidants and phytonutrients for energy, digestion, and glowing skin. These nutrients also help slow down the aging process and promote health over all.
Your Top 10 Healthiest Vegetables:
10. Parsley: great for cleansing the kidneys, containing chlorophyll a great green veggie to cleanse your internal organs
9. Carrots: containing beta-carotene, which converts into Vitamin A. Vitamin A, is an important antioxidant, protecting our cells and has many beauty benefits for our skin cells as well.
8. Beets: brightly pigmented contains antioxidants, high on the ORAC scale therefore able to quench those free radicals, assists with decreasing blood pressure naturally, and lastly help to detoxify both the kidney and liver! Incorporating beets into a healthy juice or smoothie is a great way to get our number eight best veggies into our daily diet.
