Hey, I don’t remember where I learned this but to keep my liquin/galkyd from drying inside the bottle I put marbles in the bottle to remove the air. When the bottles empty just empty the marbles, wash and reuse them.

Thank YOU so much! 🥳 Great video!!! interesting and useful!!!! 🔥Only thing I would suggest is to keep your hand still when you're showing any product. 😅 I take screenshots and put some of the things you recommend on my "Courtney Painter" album. 😉

Have to contribute with my own personal trick in case anyone should benefit and don't uses a table. My palettes are foam plates. (I use one per color and its variations). When I'm done for the day, I cover each plate with either wax paper or aluminum foil and put them in the freezer. Oil paint stays fresh for a couple of days and Liquin maybe for a day or so. 😊

Thanks Courtney for the video. I really liked the recommendation of the Murphy oil soap. Sounds amazing, I'll definitely give it a try!

Thank you so much!! I just got my first oil paints and your video has helped so much. I usually do water color paintings but wanted to try oil paints, which has been so far beautiful!

Great video, I’m just now learning how to paint but my grandfather painted for about 20 years, from what I remember he used canvas sheets and nail em to a wall in his studio/sunroom and paint. I wanted to know where to get a wall easel from

Thank you so much for the great video 💘 I enjoyed watching it and learned quite a few things. I did not know adding too much medium could result in varnishing to be difficult. I unfortunately haven't varnished much because it scares me 😅 I also use linseed oil and always have. I use a "good" amount to thin my paint to allow easy flow for hair texture. Is there a rough estimated percentage between linseed oil and oil paint you would recommend before it becomes too much linseed oil added?

Great video! For the wood cleaner you use for brushes, do you mix it with water or just use the soap directly with the brushes? And also with your palette, do you cover it when you're finished painting for the day so it doesn't dry up? I also have a glass table for my palette but can't figure out how to cover it so that I don't waste paint.

Hi...really liked this video. How do you clean your brushes while painting to not muddy up your colors?

Just found your talented work today on Instagram, and I'm very impressed. I have subscribed to your channel and will be checking out all your content. Also I was wondering if you could share the Etsy link for the wall easel if you don't min. I'm getting ready to move away from my traditional easel for the same reasons you did. Thanks

Hi, thanks so much for this video! Can I ask how long you wait for your painting to dry before you feel confident to ship your art out to a collector? Thanks. 😊

really great content, do you dilute your linseed oil or you use it pure ? how do you manage the the lean over fat rules then ? best regards
