Really helpful!! I've been doing oil pulling and that acts similar to the water swish exercise. I've also found that positioning my posture so that my diaphragm can have its full range of autonomic movement is also a big piece of the puzzle for me. Have you done a video on good diaphragm posture? Could you? Thanks!!

Thank you very much❤. I have one question though. When I try to put my tongue on the palate or when I swallow smiling and even raising eyebrows my posterior third of the tongue just can't touch the palate. Can I get it to touch by doing myofunctional therapy?
