I believe that the main threat to emperor Palpa teen’s plans other than the Jedi. It would have been Padme Amidala, because she would’ve been the only thing that could’ve prevented Anakin Skywalker from turning to the Darkside and becoming Darth Vader. And Padme Amidala could’ve also been a big threat to emperor Palpa teen in the imperial senate.

And when DS was destroyed Palpatine s**h his pants, because the dissolution of the senate was only useful if the systems felt scared, without their main weapon, Palpatine knew that potentially all the systems could become Rebels.

The destruction of the first DS was the most devastator hit that Rebels could make

So what about the senate for the separatists? Or was that one just added to the republic senate after Dooku died? And I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Palpatine is the puppet master while The Republic and the Separatists were his puppets. He just loved playing with them both though he was more favorable to the Separatists which is why he would gather information from the Jedi of their battle plans and then give that information to either General Grievous or Count Dooku. Then once he had gotten bored enough he implemented Order 66 to pave way to his ultimate goal which was the Galactic Empire and when that failed he had his own army destroy cities that were loyal to him (Operation Cinder) which decades later he would have been a shadow in the forming of the First Order to once again be a Tyrant in the galaxy. All of this over the course of 67 years from The Phantom Menace when he was decreed the Supreme Chancellor all the way until his 2nd body was killed by his granddaughter.

I'm not sure I agree fully. Clearly, by the time of "A New Hope" there were several references made to the Senate being a concern - that sympathy for the rebellion was growing in the senate and that it was something to be feared. The senate also clearly maintained some power, as shown when Princess Leia was captured "The imperial Senate will not sit still for this" and "If word of this gets out, it could generate sympathy for the Rebellion in the Senate". General Tagge later expressed his concern, "The rebellion will continue to gain support in the Imperial Senate". Tarkin probably underlined the problem most clearly "The imperial Senate will no longer be of any concern to us" - implying that it had been a concern.
