My Kettlebell Workout for Women Over 40 - Strengthen Your Body at Home.

I repeat this workout 2 or 3 times in one session. It takes less than 20 minutes if I just jumprope 1 minute at the start and 1 at the end. You will feel it! I am working on some new moves so will make more videos soon.

Thanks for this video. I just subscribed last week and you've already been a great inspiration. I lost 20lbs last year over about a 6 month period. I'm 61 turning 62 this summer and want to lose more but also get in better shape. I have a wonderful granddaughter who I love to bits. She's 2.5 years old, and I want to be in my best shape and health for her and myself. I can do the workout you initially started with and work up!

You might enjoy rebounding. I adore it. It’s the perfect warm up and excellent for getting lymph moving while being easy on the joints.

I had to retire my jump rope 2 years ago, turning 70 in August. So learned to swim and added lap swimming, Qigong and tai chi into my routine, keeping the kettle bells, weights, yoga, hiking and treadmill hill climb. I have found that as I am aging need to adjust my workout. Started at 34. Keep going that’s the key, it’s part of my life and has resulted in aging really well, healthy and take no medications, also years of healthy eating. It all pays off!

I’ll be 57 in September and have put on 15 pounds of menopause weight in the last two years and got away from my more consistent habit of working out. I will be sure to add some kettle bell to my workout! And I want to start jumping! 😊
