3 Signs Why You Should Consider A Career Change!!! I was over worked, underpaid, undermined, emotionally charged and overwhelmed. These were definitely signs that it was time to shift! PHP was introduced to me in January 2020. The rest is history! I was brave enough to make the shift to full-time entrepreneurship. So glad I did!!! I love my life!

Coach, this is spot on! Change isn't easy but it's necessary! As Bruce Lee once said, “Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

― Bruce Lee

I enjoyed how you addressed the obvious if watching the video felt annoyed but really where does that leave you. So many times, unfortunately, people wait till something goes wrong to then pivot to something better. Get into an industry that has been least affected by the pandemic. Numbers don't lie!

Love it Coach... My thoughts... When it's bad for most it's not bad for all... You learn the most about a relationship (personal or business) during the bad times, not during the good times... These recent bad times have shown us which industries have the ability to adapt and adjust quickly and still serve their target market... If we find that we are constantly out of a present mind the we are stressed and that's good cause to evaluate our current industry and career choice regardless of the time already put in...

Change is good in my opinion. Lately I have been running into different people with different thoughts about the pandemic as I walk down the street I hear couples arguing about money, I hear teens complaining about partying and I hear those looking to take advantage of the situation. I was one that completely left my job because I was not satisfied and depressed talk about horrible. Now that I'm in the offensive position and able to create a game plan for Tomorrow it allowed me to see the world from a different perspective. Looking at the numbers allows me to see what industry is most affected thus now the target audience has shifted to position on self to help those that are hurting. My biggest take away from this video was the difference of people's views on what's currently going on in the world and how they are reacting to it. It's a positive that individuals are saving money now my question to my self is how can I find those that need my help? Awesome video Matt better late then never

My biggest take away is not being afraid to change, Adapt Pivot & Change you have the power to make the right change to see increase in your life. Being in the right industry makes a major decision in your future. Doing it for self and not allowing others to detour you is key.
Data is factual and change needs to take place right away.

Addressing the elephant in the room is key to surviving and thriving in any environment. Understanding when its time to pivot in today's new reality takes courage and discipline. We can't sit idol and wait for something to change. Step back, analysis your situation, and initiate the next moves to insure growth in your finances and business career. Look to ownership so you have more control. We have been shown that we can't relay on government and jobs to have our families best interests in mind. Take control of your future. Thanks MSG

Matt I love the fact that this entire video is based on statistics from today. So often you will find a video but the information they are putting forth is not relevant to today’s circumstances. I wish more people would not see the necessary change as a call out but more of a call up. Thank you for all you do to continue educating others.

Phenomenal Episode, Coach!!! My biggest takeaway was the proactivity of the few. Those signs you discussed that indicate that its time to change careers has become a cultural norm for the working class. The grief of 'mondays' and the overrated love for 'weekends' are common moods for employees. To take those pains and fuel the CHOICE to live a fuller, well-rounded life that integrates all of parts of the human being is the solution. Entrepreneurship = OFFENSE!!! Great video!!!!

Great advice. I can’t let go of the realization that this pandemic will create a generation of millionaires. Difficult times always favor the strong, agile and ready. Why not me? We have what it takes

Solid insight brother! This is a heck of a concept. As a person with experience in a range of fields and opportunities it would be easy to get comfortable and distracted in a basic normal. The fact is though that no matter what industry your in or how much you make the opportunity of life insurance is a tool for wealth accumulation that cannot be denied. Beyond that, Working in this industry to share that opportunity is a no brained even if only part time in addition to other endeavors because it is recession proof and even during times like these everyone else needs the piece of mind that this industry and the security of its products offers. I’m typing this from a hotel currently and in checking in I had the chance of hearing the sufferage of a employee who has seen there hours reduced by 60% since the pandemic. Luckily, I had the chance to educate the on this concept and allow them a change that their family desperately needed. Thanks for allowing me to share this industry as a solution!

Great video!!
My thoughts... In bad times many people hoard cash due to the unknown future. You learn the most about business in bad times. These bad times have exposed many businesses and families that haven't been able to adapt. Being in the age group that's been affected the most. Now is the best time to make a change and pivot early in life.

This is a great reminder that the financial industry is recession proof and a sensible idea for many people. Even people whose jobs weren’t necessarily impacted by the pandemic have reasons to consider the financial industry like burnout and discontent. Those whose jobs have been most impacted should pivot to ensure their own and their families’ stability in these uncertain times. Those go to jobs that people used to be able to fall back/rely on aren’t there. The financial industry provides services that everyone needs and are increasingly seeking out. So, this is a great time to share the opportunity because everyone needs the stability that the industry can provide!

I was the one whowanted more for my family. As a military member, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to live the lifestyle I wanted. People looked at me weird or funny as I became an “insurance agent”. I’ve came across those “I’m goods” but now the pandemic changed a lot of minds. In the military we are overworked and under paid. Why not get into an industry that was least impacted. I never thought about the industry but we are bringing the excitement back to the industry. Playing offense is key and hearing 1M people filing unemployment for 19 weeks straight is crazy. This industry has changed my life and PHP is what I’m calling home for along time

During these unprecedented times, you have to be able to pivot and think about your next move. Many industries are being impacted and may not be able to recover. Choose the right industry at the right time. The Financial Services industry is essential and will continue to expand.

The best CEOs are data driven. We are the CEOs of our lives. Individuals need to pay attention to the economic signs and anticipate, by playing offense. Wealth can be and is created in down economies especially for those who adapt to change and pivot quickly.

My next moves is to turn up the 🔥 in my business. Thank you for your mentorship and consistency.
