When the bean bag hit me it hit my nerve which caused pain all day. Then I cried and it got worse. I was home sick in a flare and puked after he woke me. And he’s threatening to evict me. He is the new owner as the current owner died a month ago. . I just met him for the first time. I really don’t know if it’s worth my time as he is selling the house and I’m moving anyway. We have a potential buyer that he may accept the offer from this weekend and it’s pretty stupid to try to evict when we are leaving when the house sells. What would you do?

i live in a residential house with my mother. my landlord has a attitude that every end of the moth or time to pay the rent which mean we always pay ahead of days before a due. my landlord everytime my mother was cooking or do wash a clothe the landlord was watching her for no reason. this past few weeks my landlord bang my door while im sleeping so i get asap then i vertigo kicks in and unble to go work that day. she always looking for trouble even tho ne and my mother didnt do anything wrong. now my landlord gave us one month to leave the house. but again we didnt do anything wrong against to her. we pay on time from water/electricity/garbage. and the rent.

For one landlords can't control rats and roaches. Even if somebody rents from you and you don't have any roaches the tenant can bring them in and the same for bed bugs. Rats you can't control them either.
