I broke my arm, (humorous snapped off my shoulder) it was a clear severe break I acquired snowboarding. I was admitted into the ER at the DMC in metro Detroit and they put me in a sling wrote me a script on a Saturday night making it so I couldn’t get pain medication for the first night and the first half of the second day. I wasn’t admitted into the orthopedics until the next day. During this time I was in the worst pain I’ve ever been in and the swelling was out of control. Once the orthopedics saw my xray they said I needed surgery asap In order to prevent a fatal bone infection and permanent nerve damage. They said I should have had surgery the first day and it was a mistake that I didn’t. The X-rays show that it was a clear complete separation of the shaft of my humorous and the ball of my shoulder I can’t forgive that sort of thing especially when we’re talking about bone infection and permanent nerve damage. Should I sue or let it be, that would be easier

I need to learn more. I have been fighting for first amendment rights in San Diego, for over a decade, and recently Park Rangers and SD Harbor Police have been violating rights left and right. I have been given numerous citations myself as I am out trying to catch evidence of these rights violations! So I need to learn all I can about defending myself in a court of law, how to do research, gather evidence and find out the best way to understand municipal code as it is written or intended to be read! I am already pretty good at the research part, and finding and reading municipal code, and casefiles! But I need to be armed with everything I can so I can have all the tools I need for these situations!
