HOW TO FILE A LAWSUIT against judges and officers of the Court without a Lawyer or Attorney

If you are convinced that the next step in your child support case will be to bring a lawsuit against the Judge, magistrate or commissioner of the Family Court. The basic components of a lawsuit are referred to as "elements." What does that "elements" mean? Well, im going to break it down for you and show you how this applies to child support.

In this video, we're going to explain the procedures and processes and give you a few examples from a cases that can be used as references. I'm going to be talking about the issue of absolute immunity and qualified immunity.

The concept of judicial immunity protection is something that is frequently misunderstood. Absolute and qualified immunity are two different judicial protection that are often used by judges to defend civil prosecution for unlawful acts committed in the course of official duties.

Without the assistance of an attorney, anyone in the United States has the right to represent themselves in court and bring a lawsuit. If you're thinking about defending yourself in court, a process known as PRO SE or Pro PER litigation, there are some steps you may do to help your case tremendously. I did it. And I accomplished exactly what I wanted. The biased, tyrannical judge that was assigned to my case instantly refused himself the next day after he was served the complaint. The only side effect may be that courts division handling your case may take about 3 months to assign a new judge to your case. The great thing is that next time you walk into the courtroom. The new judge now knows that you mean business.

This is a great idea especially when you have an abusive judge because when suing a judge it removes him from your case and you never have to sit before him again

I spoke to 10 Suffolk County family court Attorneys none will take a 1983 case on. In my opinion its because they won’t sue the Lawyers and judges they work with everyday face to face. Family court is there bread and butter.

I know this isn't what you do but this video is helping make put together a lawsuit against my county for civil rights violation and I wanted to say thanks and you are appreciated. I am struggling to defend myself against these charges and hold my own against the whole system while every attorney says it's not worth enough money and I should just take a deal for community service despite my innocence. Correct me if i'm wrong; The problem is these people who hold these child support hearings are just people with no immunity, because they are contractors that violate the rights of everyone who is unfortunate enough to stand before them in a court room. The Magistrate, the clerk and CSEA are all contractors who rent out the courtroom to rob non custodial parents of their hard earned money. Not to mention that child support is just recoupment for government welfare and medical expenses. Most men/women who are forced to pay child support have already supported their children and never received government assistance. CSEA is a service, and they never bother to do the research to find out if the children receives/received welfare, instead they simply go after the absent parent.
