Evil Dead: The Game is a survival horror video game developed by Saber Interactive and published by Saber Interactive & Boss Team Games, and based on the Evil Dead franchise. It will feature co-operative gameplay and player versus player (PvP) combat. It will also feature Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams, as well as Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell[4] and Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar from the television series Ash vs Evil Dead.[5]

Evil Dead: The Game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S on May 13, 2022. It will be released for Nintendo Switch at a later date. Evil Dead: The Game is an asymmetrical multiplayer game. The game will feature both co-operative gameplay and player versus player (PvP) combat, although the single player mode requires an internet connection to be played. The game features a leveling up system, as well as skill tree mechanics.[8] It will also feature multiple maps, including the cabin in the woods from the Evil Dead film series, along with over 25 weapons, including Ash's chainsaw and boomstick.[9] At launch, the game features 4 playable survivor classes (Leaders, Warriors, Hunters and Supports), and 3 playable demons (the Warlord, the Puppeteer, and the Necromancer).

Remember people if you say this is repetitive it's the same as dead by daylight that game has stayed with the same game mode 6 years and people know it's supposed to be repetitive, this game could be a little bit clunky but it has a lot more content to offer on launch than dbd, with a few tweaks it could become amazing.

I am a huge Evil Dead fan and was still not excited for this game because I didn't trust it. Well now I have put a few hours in it, and thus far, I am loving it. An absolutely groovy blood soaked love letter to Evil Dead. I really really hope it does well and grows.

5:55 I love when you start the match with absolutely terrible weapons and you HAVE to fight tooth and nail to get out of most engagements. But, towards the end you finally find a blue or purple rarity and you feel the power in it. This game truly is Groovy.

It's pretty cool that you get to play as the POV demon cam from the movies and show.

3 pieces of a map, the lost pages of the necronomicon, the kandarian dagger, the dark ones being weakened heavily by the dagger, and a battle to keep the book safe from the dark ones so it can be properly destroyed; is so lore accurate its insane. From the movies, show, and comics, this game company did their research. Love it.

Already 7 hours in, love it
And I don’t agree with you on a lifespan of the game
It is very deep game, more you play, more different strategies you discover

God Evil Dead is one of my favorite series of all time and im glad that this game is really good. I’ll never remember watching all 3 films in the same day it was an absolute blast. I really hope they add more maps like an Army of Darkness map or S Mart just like you said or a rural American town or maybe an apocalypse map based off of the cut Army of Darkness ending.

If Saber Interactive puts half the amount of love into this game that World War Z received, then this game will shape up to be an absolute gem.
