So I’m kinda new to Vue but is Vite part of vue3? Or what’s the deal? I used Vue CLI the first time I used it so can I still use the CLI?

I did not find much information about Vue 2 to Vue 3 stuff. I have two major projects coming up to be done, and I need to start right away.

In some point of time will be needed to stop the development to refactor to Vue 3? Will be recommended add Typescript too?

What are the recommendations?

Hello! please tell me, when I do a building (vite build), all files are dropped into one dist/assets folder, is it possible to somehow set the build to split files like my dev project? This is conveniently done when I use a build in vue/cli project, all *.img -> dist/img folder, *.css -> dist/css folder, e t.c.

Hi Erik, I am ais-one, and raised the issue about vue-router and vuex error which affects windows machines...

I hope to use vite and vitepress to some of vuejs and nuxt projects in production... and move away from webpack, lose some things, gain some things, hopefully gain is more than loss...
