He knew what he was doing, he was trying to call for help, obviously.

He probably tried to alert someone over his phone when he got locked out of the cabin. And then the captain did what he did… there was not enough time for him to make a phone call. He lost consciousness very shortly after. I can imagine his very last minutes, a really anguishing time. May all the victims of this mass murder R.I.P. 🕊

I'd guess the copilot turned on the phone at an attempt to be tracked after the pilot took over the fight.

I don’t know, it just seems inconceivable that a passenger air liner can just disappear without a trace in this hyper technology world we live in.

Experts in the field of aviation accident analysis have suggested that this was a case of premeditation, that the pilot purposefully made flight mh370 disappear and had planned the route to it's final destination 6 hours away. This is not a case of catastrophic destruction. Experts say the pilot depressurized the cabin prior; making everybody aboard mh370 incapacitated. This explains no emergency calls, or goodbye text attempts. They believe only someone with extensive experience would have been capable of bringing mh370 to the ocean surface in such a slow and gradual manner. Experts concluded the plane was deliberately crashed as sections of the flap system were in the downward position, meaning the plane entered the water at a relatively low speed. The cabin must be intact with bodies inside and all around the crash scene at the ocean floor. All evidence suggests and the only technology we have that is capable to reaching such depth are robots. We have only discovered 30% of the deep ocean, so locating the crash scene is extremely difficult.

The mystery deepens. Every little piece of 'news' that comes out about MH370 always seems to end in futility. Those poor families must cling to everything each time something new is discovered, only to have their hopes dashed over and over :(

If any of my family had been on that plane, I would be devastated that the search was called off. I hope they reopen the search for the sake of anyone that lost someone that flight

Most likely the First Officer was trying to contact someone on the ground to inform them that he got locked out of the cockpit by the rogue pilot. Imagine the horror he must have went through knowing he can't access the cockpit and can do nothing as the plane is doomed to crash!

Millions invested in a plane and satellites all over yet we can't track a commercial flight. I can find my car with my phone. Seems stupid. If anything is important it is where the hell the plane is 24/7.

Here's an idea! Make the black boxes eject from plane in certain situations with Beacon, battery and flotation device. Or make it so pilot can't shut off transponder😉

Those poor families. My heart goes out for them. 💕

It's very unsettling but the most likely scenario seems to be that the pilot locked his co-pilot out of the cockpit then depressurized the plane, which would have quickly killed everyone else on board. That would explain how he could enact his plan without any resistance or anyone contacting the outside world. The co-pilot was probably the first to realize something was wrong and turned on his phone, but he probably didn't live long enough to even attempt contact.

I just hope one day the families will finally recieve confirmed closure about the fate of their loved ones. It must be awful to have all of this info and not know what happened.

He might have turned on his phone to try reach out and tell anyone as to what exactly is happening inside the plane, ...as a dieing declaration.
