I think Varys’s best moment in the show is when he’s talking to Ned in the cells and Ned asks him what he wants from him and Varys yells “I want you to serve the realm” it’s the only moment we see Varys show any emotion or passion and really highlights his motives

I Love how you have Ned, completely fearless in death, only worrying for his children.

And then you have the people who actually play the game, or to some extent, like Janos Slynt, crying like a little B*^%# & begging for his life.

Everyone who loves Ned, I find to be good hearted & brave in some way or another. But everyone that calls Ned stupid for being honorable and not playing along with the game.. I literally see them as Janos.. big mouths, big talkers, very weak & and if in a serious situation, shtting their pants & begging for mercy.
