Current McDonald's employee here, to match McDonald's after you bake it the first time take it and pan fry it to 165° F while it's frying heat you BBQ sauce to 120° F take the rib and move it into the sauce and let it soak for 5-10 minutes keeping it at the 120° mark serve from the BBQ sauce and the top with onions and pickles please note that McDonald's only puts two pickles on their sandwich.
