The reaction is that no one had words for this. It’s one of those scenes where everyone is so drawn into this scene and all they could do is be speechless and cry softly at what was going on. It wasn’t intense like when Tony stole the stones and the audience roared. This was different

I find this scene pretty emotional. The original Captain America the one who started it all passing down the title. We all saw how great and legendary he was, just seeing him passing the shield to Sam is just tearful. Makes me wonder if Sam can fill those shoes.
