Recently, in TWW, They added a skyrim reference. In Hallowfall, there's a small building where you can go to heal injured soldiers. If you click on them, They have a chance of saying, "I took a Narubian spine to the knee."

It would be hilarious to me if the smelling salts could wake a hunter out of Feign Death.

The Fallen Leviathan reminds me of the one that appears during the Peculiar Fish quest line in The War Within. An Abyssal Leviathan comes to pick up the peculiar fish in its real form at the end.

You can go bungie jumping off cliffs in the war within, pretty cool. There’s also a group of rogues in the main city near the black market, they each have a wanted poster on the wall behind them. I haven’t been able to get them to interact but they do have a pet rat that you can click to wear on shoulder

lmao i'd love to see Alexstrasza, ancient dragon queen just communicating with a murloc and go "mrlrlrlrrmlrlrlr"

Malorne is also said to be Elune's husband, wich reinforce the theory that Athair is connected to or is Malorne while Athainne is connected to or is a manifestation of Elune considering she only appear at night

Used to have goblin jumper cables on my rogue back in vanilla. Came in clutch a few times, a BRD run was one of those times where they actually worked and saved the group from a long walk back and fight through respawns 😂

Appreciate your hard work for these. Years upon years of listening to these and I love them as much as the first time.

you should probebly mention that the Jumper cable was more or less designed to let a hunter whit fake death, try and resurect the healer in raid/dungeon so that the party/raid could try again from where they died vs going back all the way.

it had a long colldown a 1 min wait timer after equiping it or something like that.
and yes could fail in like 3 ways. one just fail and do nothing, one damage if not our right kill the user, the same as the previus but it did resurrect the target.

Don't forget the "Peculiar Fish" the Sea below the Sea. If I had to guess the speculated 5th old god is down there with the Krakens.

So since we know Malone is a real Wild God; I wonder if Althair and Aithanne could actually be the ‘real’ stag mentioned in the Taurens’ version of the myth of how Malorne came to be with Elune. In their myth, they called Malorne A’paro, and chased/hunted him while A’paro treated it like a game, but when he almost got caught, he bargained with Elune (who was watching) to get him free and away from the Tauren; and in exchange Elune wanted Malorne/A’paro to ‘love’ her cos she is REALLY into deer.

So maybe Althair is the actual smaller wild god encountered by the Tauren, and not Malorne (cos it always seemed kinda impossible for the Tauren to chase down a giant wild god?) Or we’re shown HOW Elune got with Malorne - she could manifest an avatar in the form of a shadow doe during the night to be with her deer lover(s).

Halfhill Kid was a missed opportunity to use the Wilhelm scream and I'm kinda sad they didn't include it as one of the sounds.

And I still have my Ultimate Gnomish Army Knife, which is a bit more reliable than the jumper cables for resurrection. Superior Gnomish engineering and all that ;)

My theory. Athair is a reference to the stag in Princess Mononoke.

I feel like you overreached a lot with the staircase being an allusion to Skyrim and the path to the Greybeards, because THAT trope is already present in the Tibetan and Chinese cultures that MoP is more heavily based on and in fact like, where do you think the Dalai Lama used to reside?

Mystic Birdhat's best quote is still: "I feel like I lost an eighth of something."

Athair & Athainne might be an Easter egg to Ghibli movie ( Princess Mononoke )
Their is a Stag god called the forest guardian roams around the lakes and never speaks only “stare” at ppl and that Stag has 2 forms the day form and the night walker form
