Based on your previous excellent lectures, I diagnose sphenoid sinus mucocele correctly (more spherical shape and homogenous signal). The encephalocele is difficult for me. Great to learn the clues for a diagnosis of encephalocele. Thank for your sharing your great experiences. After this lecture, I will have better understand it. By following up your lectures, my knowledge steadily increase. Excellent lectures and great teacher. This differential diagnosis is critical for patient care.

How bout large ethmoid bulla? Or deviated septum large spur in contact with middle turbinate? Blocked ear for over a year but do they care naaa

I m suffering from left sphenoid sinus, air cells are clear, brain cells clear, but I found t1 and t2 left sphenoid sinusitis, is that normal?? But I feel dizziness headache, facial pain, ,, after taking some medication I feel better,

Is a fiesta scan the best to look at tinnitus and for achey ness in your ears for the past 6 months because of allergies and expelled fluid from Eustachian tubes or some shit to the point you couldn’t talk or move your jaw and thought you were bleeding inside of your middle or inner ear ??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

My ears feel like metal rust it feels like acidic. Does sinus surgery help the Eustachian tubes and middle and inner ear to be healther and also your throat ???? Even when I swallow, I jsut feel a blocked sensation and I also have a benign tumor in my brain.

I already have 3 ct scans.
