Sinusitis can cause so many symptoms because sinuses are not one there is maxillary sinus, ethmoid sinus, sphenoid sinus and they are spread all over the nose we have this sphenoid sinus situated deep inside the brains and most of the time when sinuses are inflamed you have associate things like a perennial rhinitis, you have patients with nose discharge and sneezing also. When that happens definitely the symptoms will vary and you have be able to describe your particular symptom you can be like unsteadiness or heaviness in the head, you feel that is very big weight on top of your head so these are various symptoms which can all point out to a fact that you have sinuses problem. So in any case sinusitis can cause a multitude of symptoms so if you have a problem which is very very specific that it is pertaining to the upper part of your face and you have heaviness of the head it is imperative that an ENT doctor who can rule out if you have such problems.

I m suffering from suspected menieres disease since 2008 with symptoms of severe vertigo, ear fullness, tinnitus and severe imbalance. In 2012 to November 2016 my all symptoms were cured but after 2016 my symptoms were badly affected once again. I tried all kind of medicines including English medicines and homeopathy but nothing is worked, my vertigo and fullness is severe nowadays. I also feeling sudden loss of balance.
In MRI mucosal is seen in bilateral ethomiod sinuses, can it cause my disease

I have had episodes of dizziness/lightheadedness, for eighteen years now. I have so many other symtoms including brain fog, that if I don't write them down before visiting the doctor, I will never remember. One of these symptoms is pain behind the eyes, also sensitivity to light. I have adrenal fatigue and allergies - I am almost housebound. I now think this is caused by chronic sinusitis

I suffered vertigo the other day and then literally minutes after that my teeth and cheeks began hurting, I mean the most severe pain I've ever felt in my life..and trust me, with all of my tattoos I know alot about pain..but this sinusitis toothpain is hell..I'm currently taking antibiotics right now and pain meds. (My second day)...now the right side of my face is swollen and painful if I put pressure on it also my nose and eyes are watering up..damn I hope this will go away soon 😔
