I have always been able to see energy, I just didn't know it!😀

I’ve never seen anything: nothing. Not a single aura or “energy fields” or anything other than the physical world.
I have undergone a complete phase and paradigm shift in my life starting about 15 years ago and increasing exponentially. This last year I’ve grown and learned more that I have my life accumulative. I’m 50.
I sense this is my next evolution: for my eyes to match my soul. I look forward to receiving this gift.

I can literally see energy in everything it doesn’t have to be human EVERYTHING and I’m literally so charged with energy I look like a skeleton in the mirror and I literally can feel it too Ive had this my whole life and I just realized it was not normal only yesterday I can literally see the non physical.

My dad showed me how to see energy years ago. I know how to turn it off and on so to speak when I choose to see and choose not to see. It looks like steam or heat waves . It flows all around and is everywhere all the time. Not sure why we were ever blocked from noticing the energy but it is there and it's up to me whether I choose to acknowledge it or not. In order to see it I have to look for it and concentrate on it. Its pretty quick to come into focus.

I have seen sacred geometry shapes moving in the air, auras on objects, words (some I could read and some i could not) and energy grids coming off objects and people. All in a prism color.

I can feel auras but I was inside my room and I could see 9 peoples energy through the wall, I could see their foot prints of energy on the ground as they walked, They were all orange and I could see the energy flowing through them through their circulatory system, I could see this through my wall, 9 cops were coming up to raid my neighbors house at night and I felt danger and suddenly could see them starting about 60 feet away.

Finally! A source of much appreciated guidance and information ☺️ since early childhood, I've been seeing energy. It's become far more dense and intricate, especially over the last couple of years or so. Always there, night, day, eyes closed, open, dark, bright or light. Sometimes patterns, shapes, orbs, vortexes and or images evolve from these sequences. I was in a trance one day and ever since then my palms are constantly expelling some kind of pressure just noticed today while I was playing with it. ( Rolling it around pouring it and trying to toss it ) that when I take off my glasses I can see energy much clearer even tho I can't see physical things right in front me and I always told people i thought needing glasses was a disability and hindering 😂

I discovered it in my own by practicing looking at my aura in the mirror and watching the energy in the air dries my eyes out as well. Also what if we are looking into what’s traveling through this dimension onto the next? 🤔 good for thought

Why is it that we want to see these energies? What do you do with seeing energies? What do you do when you see the different colors what do you do when you see and know what the energy is? What is the purpose? What is the purpose of seeing all of this? Nobody can tell me that yet. I've seen them forever I can tell you if it's a dog I can tell you if it's kids playing I can tell you if it's dense I can see the colors I can see the way the densities swirl I can see the heaviness or the lightness I can see the purpose of the energy but what is the purpose of seeing the energies?

I dream and suddenly i began analyzing the content (while still dreaming), i hear my voice interpret the message/significance of the dream. and when i awake, i go look up what i've told myself. and i am right. This isn't an example of lucid dreaming is it? It's something else. what are your thoughts please?
