Why does everyone forget about this super important part: Get enough sunlight every day. Your mood improve, you feel happier and you feel more awake, so more energetic.

This guy doesn't only give good advice, he also keeps it real and genuine which gives this a very satisfying "human" feel.. I don't feel like I'm watching a "blogger". I feel like I'm watching a Bro giving advice, which makes me much more open to receiving and using his advice.

If your friend is tired in the middle of the day, do them a favour - release a racoon in their living room.

I used to sleep 9 hours a night and still be exhausted. I'd need a nap in the middle of the afternoon. Once I cut out processed foods and gluten, it fixed EVERYTHING!

I’ve seen a ton of self help channels lately finally facing myself and I have to tell you YOU are one of the few that it feels genuine, makes sense, and I feel actually optimistic about applying these things... keep it up man there’s people that need you.

#1. Decide that you are not tired. Thank you so so so much for this. I've got a huge problem with gaslighting in my family ( I'm pretty sure me, my older sibling, and one of my parents are somehow unintentionally gaslighting each other. If not, at least I'm always feeling gaslighted by them) and I'm always doubting myself over whether or not they're just self victimizing themselves in order to get out of doing something or if I'm just really expecting too much out of them. It's a little thing, but this really took a weight off my chest in order to not accept their excuses of being too tired when I know it's just that they are mentally unwilling to care enough to put some effort into doing something for my sake and aren't willing to admit it.

These are great points! I personally use cocaine in addition to all these tips to get a small energy boost

Great vid, bro! You motivated me to rethink running as a part of a morning routine to increase amount of exercise I get during the week 💪
I think your prejudice towards naps may come from taking naps that are too long. It turns out that after ~30 minutes of sleeping your mind goes into deep sleep phase. What it means is that if your nap lasts more than 30 minutes, you'll feel extremely sleepy after waking up. I've been taking < 30 minutes naps after a lunch everyday for over a year now and they work like magic! Even though I'm a lark and I wake up extremely early, naps make the second part of my day more productive than the first one 👍
