you had my heart at everything is fried!
have you tried to? just to make sure your not allergic to crappy American processed foods? I knew a person with "gluten" issues but they could eat Euro stuff because it wasn't processed!

I could not believe my first time in Spain when the hotel restaurant didn't open until 9 or 10pm. As an American that is insane. The more you think about it the more it makes sense. But, as a foreigner it was bizarre.

To keep flies out of the drink is the reason why it is called tapas.❤

I was able to get gluten free churros in Madrid at a chain restaurant, and my favorite gluten free seafood was grilled cuttlefish

Where’s the best coffee and Spanish breakfast in Malaga?

kristinrae

Breakfast in Malaga. It's not a tomato sauce, It's grated fresh tomatoes. The breakfast your describing consists of toasted bread roll (not sliced bread), olive oil, grated tomato and salt this is a typiccal breakfast across southern Spain. I would put a lot more oil and tomato than you have in your shot. You can also have toast and local ham or churros. You have a tejeringo churros on your plate which is from Malaga. Research?

Lunch is late by US and UK standards, but a mid-morning snack is quick common for Spanish people to do.

"It's time to have tapa and wine"... People in Spain actually tend start having a drink in the evening a few hours later that in the US and UK. At 5:00pm you might be thinking of a beer in the US but in Spain people will more likely still be having coffees.

Having said all this Malaga is a very international place and you can eat when and what you want regardless of local customs.

I think you'll find the molasses on the on the eggplant is actually honey!

This is such an annoying video! Virtually everything you say has inaccuracies.
