A totally different style video today, hope you enjoy it!

One of the most common questions I get asked is Mark, “what are your favorite Thai foods?” And so when Greg was in Bangkok I thought it would be an awesome idea to cover when he was filming with his amazing video skills.

Choosing my favorite Thai dishes is a very hard thing to do, but I narrowed it down.

3. Green papaya salad (ตำปูปลาร้า) Stall on Sukhumvit - You’ll find green papaya salad on just about every street corning in Bangkok and throughout Thailand. My favorite version is som tam boo plaraa, dressed with fermented fish sauce.

There it is, 5 of my favorite dishes in Thailand. Thank you for watching this video!

I have watched many Mark Wiens Bangkok food videos. The difference between his videos and other food bloggers' videos is his infectious cheerfulness introducing and eating the food. Plus his friendly interaction with the hawkers/food vendors in their native Thai. It makes the videos lighthearted and enjoyable to watch.

Hey Mark, I'm currently in bangkok and for breakfast I went to the first restaurant you went to in this video and it was delicious oh my goodness I was sad when the meat was done but was fully satisfied and filled to the brim. I showed them your video and then when I finished eating, I took a picture with the lady that prepares the dishes. It was an awesome experience eating beef hot pot for breakfast. Thanks for the suggestion on the restaurant. They were all joyful and full of smiles 😁. Top notch food and service.

In my opinion the fact that Greg is filming and editing this is amazing, it changes the style of your video, changing the format from a food and travel diary to a tv food program. It would be amazing if you still keep this style of filming (greg holding the camera) And you holding the camera (vlog style)

Nb: you can really see that Greg knows how to work the camera, how to frame the shot, how to capture the moment

I love Thai Street food. Nothing beats Thai food!! I once took a trip at the last minute for 3 days from the US just to eat eat eat. and I didn't gain a pound. The most simple dish of Noodle Soup is still outstanding. It was well worth the jet lag and plane ticket. For me, Phet mak mak just hides the flavor so, Phet nit noi works for me.

Mark is an ambassador for Thai food and their culture. What an amazing guy. They should give him a key to one of their cities. Keep up the good work Mark.

I think you and Travizeo could easily start a food travel show together, that was amazing! Mark seemed so much more at ease being the host and the editing was so dramatic and cool! Great work everyone

I shared this one on Facebook. The foods you are eating I can still taste 45 years later. I was stationed in Thailand in the USAF. I turned 21 in Bangkok in 1974. The sights were all great but the food. The food was great.

Everyone know that you are one of the most famous food vlogger but what makes you much more amazing (in my opinion) because you eat food like the local one especially for Thai food. You expand view of Thai food to the world, so when you guys come to Thailand I suggest to eat like Mark Wien that's the way. Thank You Mark mark krub.
