2011 305hp 3.7L V6 Base in Race Red. 134, 000 miles in 13 years. Still makes me smile when I go to the garage.

I've got a 2014 Mustang v6 premium which I've owned since 2019. It's my "sunny weekend cruiser". Reliable, good mpg, more than adequate horsepower for the kind of driving I do, and it looks great. Hitting North Dakota's many desolate highways in this car makes me happy. It gets me away from the mundane realities of day to day life and I always come home with a smile on my face. The car will never be worth anything to anyone but me, and that's fine. I enjoy driving it, I take good care of it, and I hope to have it for a very long time to come.

A GT 5.0 is my choice. But for the money, I can see doing this.

I have a 2011 v6 with 259, 000 miles on it and it has held up so well. I’ve had since it was new, it’s stock but I have only changed the water pump the fuel line, alternator and starter and nothing else. This thing has been such a great car, never gives me any trouble. Ford really needs to bring the 3.7 v6 back with the 6 speed transmission they both last forever.

I test drove a Mustang Convertible V6, naturally aspirated completely stock. The 3.7 liter V6 does not need a supercharger. It has plenty of get up and go power. Like Scotty, I'm not a fan of the 2.3 liter ecoboost 4 cylinder engines.

Or you could just buy a 5.0 V8 Mustang with 400hp and be done with it.

I have a V 6 Mustang and it is fine. I already had the popwerful V 8 s in the past Camaros Trans Am Challenger Chevelle.

My ex-wife had bought a Ford mustang with a V6 and a six speed transmission. I want to say about 6to 7 years back it was wicked fast. It was more than adequate for that car and lots of fun.

Why not just buy the V8 instead of adding a supercharger to a V6? V8 Will probably hold up better over time

The 2013-2014 Mustangs were identical to the 2015+ models underneath in using the next generation of technology and computers, but used older interiors and simpler body panels and so on. Win-win, especially used. -The number of the V6 models that have had a problem is extremely low as well. And technically the 2015-2016 V6 with the new body style as well. I have had mine for 10 years now, 125K miles, and had two repairs in that time. It simply works and is dirt cheap to operate. 2 sets of brake pads (finally needs a 3rd set), original clutch. And does 0-60 in under 6 seconds, not that you'd NEED to in traffic as it is very quick to get spun up. Overall, 10/10 car, especially used.
NOTE - the Ecoboost isn't as reliable or as easy to work on (and is odd to drive stick with - very turbo-lag with manual), and the V8 is silly for basic transportation. I've had my V6 with its 305HP up to 90mph on road trips across the country (like Texas where 85mph is the posted speed!) and it's rock solid.

I bought a car in 05 with an inline 6 with 335hp and revs to 8000 rpm stock N/A. It has 192ci 3190cc and it ran the qt/ml 13.4 and 105mph.

That's the best explanation sound I've ever heard of what a supercharger does😂

With that huge procharger it still makes less power than an N/A GT?

I love my 2013 V6 Mustang. With a few modifications, those cars can be pretty quick. With a Procharger, they can be very quick.
Oh, and that nice black Premium Mustang with a Pony Package was way more than $24k new.

Nice Stang. I have a 2012 V6 with the 331 gears and 6 speed manual. Not a slow car at all. Very fun and dependable car. 😎👍
