2019 Ford F150 Problems - How to fix windshield wipers that won't turn off!

2015-2019 Ford F150 F250 F350
Replacing the wiper switch due to malfunctioning wipers. Wipers do not turn off no matter what. The switch was stuck in low speed intermittent.

There are three screws underneath the steering column. And the torx screws were T10.
