Question: what do you wish I would have done differently when you first started learning languages? Let me know in the comments!

Fun fact. I was so obsessed about finding the “perfect-method” that I began to understand more and more the language just because I surrounded myself with tons of “learn-english contents”.

12:36 I almost had a heart attack! haha. Nice video, you've said a lot of true. I can tell that I did the biggest mistake watching a lot of content teaching how to learn instead of actually learn the language. Learners needs to live the language rather than just think about it.

:O I just realized that I have watched literally every single youtube video on how to learn French, but I don't even know more than 20 basic words.... Thank you for that :DD
Have a good day <3

Watching so many language learning tips videos, I do that all the time 😂 I just love doing so, but yes when it comes to actual learning it doesn't help that much! However, I find it really interesting to learn all different methods people use.

my tip is : have a STRONG MOTIVATION to learn the language and state it clearly. My motivation with Polish was that I wanted to impress Polish people xD

These are really unique tips. I am definitely guilty of watching endless videos on "how to learn the languages" but I quickly learned that I was wasting my time and it was best to just start where I was, with what I had. Thank you for this video and I am truly happy I found your channel.

I also adore listening to music! I feel like lyrics in a foreign language really sticks into my head more than my native language. sometimes I'm in language class and a word or a phrase will trigger my memory to the same phrase or word in a song I've listened to and suddenly it all makes sense!

As a music learner, I have always been told that the best way to learn my instruments was to play a bit every day. So I apply this to my English learning journey and this is the best way for me but as you said everyone has its own way to learn :) Tell me If there are mistakes

That’s funny, I was just thinking about this and what would I do differently.
I think people binge watch videos on tips how to learn a foreign language because they want to find a fit when they are struggling or gain something.
I also want to learn Czech out of curiosity because I recently rediscovered Paulina Porzikova, as a child I remembered her face very well from Estée Lauder then she moved on.
The thing is realistically thinking there needs to be more for me to learn Czech to make it sustainable.
I personally have no tips on how to learn a language other than practicing as much as possible and remember your why like Bald and Bankrupt said in a video.

You are so similar to young Renée Zellweger <3 I agree with your tips, those are the same things I've realized during my language learning path, too :)
