After trying all the steps in video, theres only one that really helped me. Uninstall the EA app and never play any EA games again

The problem is not your connection/network. But the EA APP IS TRASH!

The first option you suggested allowed the app to open, but it was in a broken state. The second option fixed it. I've never had it break til now, I remember the good old days before the ea app.

How broke a launcher must be that if you check keep me signed in after first login, you won't be able to do anything next time.
ty for the fix, been doing this for a while, a simple uncheck "keep me signed in" fixed it...

The first option with updating the software and disable/enable worked for me! I've had issues for weeks!

Thx a lot now is working +1 bcz the problem was that you just need to clear the cache (app recovery)
