I didnt have the EAContent_Microsoft folder, i deleted the other ones and run as admin and its fixed! Thank you!

Bad advice. Deleting those folders made the EA app unresponsive. Unknown error even after reinstalling EA app. Cant even get to the games list anymore. :(

Hi! Thanks for the video. Unfortunately it didn't work, I wonder if you can help me?
My EA app downloaded TS3 base + 4 expansions, but when it got to PETs it showed this error.
I've already tried:
_Clear the cache;
_Run App Recovery (There's a crash message);
_Uninstall and reinstall EA App;
-Disable the antivirus;
-Clean the boots;
-Your video tutorial.
Nothing works. My wi-fi is OK, I wonder if there anything else I can do.
P.S: I noticed that during this process, the directory didn't have the "EAConnect_microsoft" folder and it still don't after I installed this two recommended programs. I'm very layman, if you can give me any suggestions, I'd be very grateful!

I don't think by reinstalling my Visual C++ fixed anything... the app is still unable to install on my device, the error code that i got (INST-14-1603) states that a generic error has occured but doesn't pin point the exact problem what else should i do?

Ничего не помогло, создал аккаунт и связал его с Xbox ради Game Pass. В итоге все игры EA просто не скачиваются

None of the suggestions here work. I was able to solve it myself after days. After purchasing an Ea pass, add the free games to your library, then add the game you want to download to the library. Congratulations, you solved the problem.
