Sorry for going MIA ladies. I live in LA and spend A LOT of time outside swimming in my pool and gardening my yard in the summer. Therefore, I wanted to be mindful of using a laser and mixing it with a lot of sun exposure because these are the types of things they caution against (too much sun & laser treatments) when you go to med spas. At any rate, now that it's no longer 100+ degrees everyday, I've resumed my treatments (both laser hair renewal and skin rejuvenation)!

I now schedule treatments for myself, to ensure I'm staying on a schedule (like at my med spa) and do so every 4-5 wks. One other thing I do differently from when I first got my machine is that I bought a GOOD conductive cooling gel. I honestly thought (specifically) the laser hair removal treatments HURT and were too uncomfortable to do my ENTIRE bikini area, but now that I have an amazing cooling gel, I'm totally unbothered with no more sting. On the flip, I didn't mind the rejuvenation laser by itself at all though. The gel helps it glide easier though, so I use it with rejuvenation also.

I'm a week out from my most recent THOROUGH treatment which included:
Face: hair removal (lower half of face) & rejuvenation (entire face)
(entire boob): rejuvenation only
Armpits: hair removal only
Stomach: hair removal & rejuvenation
Entire Ass: hair removal & rejuvenation
ENTIRE Bikini: hair removal only
Upper thigh: hair removal & rejuvenation
lower leg: hair removal only
*If you pull up the cost list for all of these services at any reputable med spa, you will see I had a VERY expensive beauty day AT HOME that cost me $Free.99! The device has paid for itself many times over with savings from NOT going to a med spa!

Anyplace I did hair removal, no hair has started to regrow, although the front of my bikini area feels like VERY SLIGHT stubbles, but not prickly like after you just shaved with a razor.
Where I did rejuvenation, I feel VERY SLIGHT rough skin on my face which is normal because face skin in the most fragile and after such treatments, the new fresh skin will be revealed as the older skin (essentially) sloughs off.

Past mistakes:
1. Not using a good conductive cooling gel. The machine comes with a bottle of gel, but do yourself a favor and get a good one off Amazon. I also bought a cute little kit with a bowl, couple of application spatulas, etc. It was like $5 on Amazon. It made me full ultra professional. HAHAHA
2. DO NOT IGNORE the machine's RECOMMENDED pre-set SETTINGS! I'm a chocolate woman, so increasing the laser setting (for hair removal SPECIFICALLY) thinking it'd be more impactful, did nothing but burn myself in the corners of my mouth. UGH! It healed and cleared up entirely, but lesson learned.
3. Keep track of the frequency of your treatments so that you get good results. Don't use too frequently and hurt your beautiful skin, and don't use too infrequently so you see little to no results.

I spent all of 2022 going to my local spa for full body hair removal treatments, but was too busy in 2023 to bother. I started to experience slight hair growth again and dreaded the thought of the cost and time to go back to the spa.

Ladies, THIS DEVICE IS A GAME CHANGER!!!! Lol, I even taught my partner how to do it so he could hit the nooks and crannies I couldn’t reach and he did a pretty good job…I HATE butt crack hair! 🤷🏾‍♀️😝😂
