Why is it generally not permanent for woman on the face? Is it because there are so many hair follicles that they just can’t get them all during all 6 sessions or is it because of our hormones?

I had my first laser session three and a half months ago. But due to quarantine my second session is delayed and I don't know what to expect as nobody informed me. Will I have weaker results? Do I need to ask for a free extra session?

What they need to do if they want to keep using laser which to me is a waste of time is use the photodynamic therapy technique by utilizing a photosensitive agent (like: methane blue that's already been studied in human trials and was successful but for some reason disappeared back in 2012) that is delivered by nanoparticles or liposomal technology which already exists and is being used for cosmetology uses most notably acne.
Why don't they make a nanoparticle delivery (cause they already use nano delivery technology) for hair removal/inhibitor agents like: nut grass oil, licorice oil, or citrus acid.

I just had my first leg treatment. Can I use tweezers to pluck out stubble that’s coming in? What’s the worst that could happen? I’m finding it’s not painful at all and I’ve read that this stubble isn’t even “new” hair — just the lasered hair that hasn’t fallen out yet.
