Its probably under Kezan, because undermine is canonically under Kezan, you can see glimpses of it in the goblin starting zone.

Tinker class coming in 11.1.5, Blizzard is using 11.1 for us to "learn" about and from the deep Goblin culture and 11.1.5 certain Races will use this new found knowledge for the Tinker classes.. most likely Gnomes, Dwarves, Humans, Mecha-Gnomes, Goblins, Blood elves, and Orcs (both tribes of Orcs).

Does somebody have any idea how the reputations inside of the undermine renown will effect the already existing reputations? e.g. I am still hated with steamwheedle cartel because of the bloodsail admiral title. You guys think I am able to fix the old reputations with questing in the new zone? xD
