Man I just want to say me personally I've been doing you're workout since last year and i can say I've improved alot from today in 2024. I can do this vid 3× now without any breaks so that impressive for me. also want say thank you to you because it's people like you that change lives out there and that's something i or anyone who does these workouts should be grateful for. ay man thank you, ❤💯

Used to work out every day, played sports in college, then got hurt and haven’t touched a weight in 4 years. I have to say, this kicked my ass😂 so out of shape. Great way to get back into it. I could only do like 20 seconds of the jump lunges, I would go down and couldn’t physically jump back up!!😂 great work man, I love it!✊🏽

I just got some Dumbells and started doing your workouts for those. Great timing! I started working out to your videos around the ladder part of May. I haven’t missed a single day. Started with 20minutes and I now do 45-60min. Thank you for making these videos.

Just a tip from a guy who's dealing with lower back pain that just popped up a few days ago ... instead of doing jumping lunges ... I try to follow the movement, but keeping my front foot in place, for that move, then swapping. Hope that makes sense. My back can't handle any jumping/jarring movements.

The jump lunges kills me everytime and I've been doing ur workouts for 3 years and it has kept me in shape all this time thanks bully keep up the great work and pls give me more 30day dumbbell workouts I have done the same 30 day dumbbell challenge since the beginning
