Work out kar ne par mujhe bahut thakawat hoti hai par tumhare yoga videos dekh ke mai jo bhi yoga asanas karti hu us se mujhe bahut hi energy milti hai, thank you Akshaya😊.belly fat mera burn nahi ho raha hai😢

I missed my morning yoga and thought I should try this sequence in the evening. I managed to do all 8 repetitions with just the ad break.. Really enjoyed it and feel really energetic after it.. Thank you sweetheart ❤

Hi Akshaya, I've tried a couple of your Yoga flows and I'm so grateful for finding your videos on my feed.
The pace of your practice allows for my partner to learn (he's beginning) but gives me time to stay with my body and work each flow deeper without feeling like I'm running through a class just to get it out of the way. Thank you, much light and love to you 🙏
