Thanks Mandar for the informative video. You mentioned that filing EAD and AP with I-485 for first time does not require payment for EAD and AP. But, as I could see, both those need payment now, in addition to that for I-485. Can you please clarify?

Sir my I-140 approved, my I-485 AOS under process since may 30 2022, cat EB3 other worker, I-765 approved in June 2023 SS no issued, not registrated with IRS, couldn’t started job, but job still available for me, if i join the company. PD aug 2021.
Got out of status since august 2023, traveled abroad without AP, in Pakistan now, do I have any chance of approval of my I-131 or I-485, how I can re-enter US, I should sit & wait or do some effort more.
If approval not possible then should I apply for B1B2 for simple visit. I am 61 y old. Please guide me, thanks

Hi Mandar. I am having I-140 approved and priority date is April -24 in EB1C category. My l1A extension will come to end in May 2025. Will my date become current till then or I will have to file extension ? Thank you!

Hi Mandar, My Visa due to expire 20th Nov’24 but PED already expired on Visa, however I’ve extended I-797/I-129S till Dec’25 L1 extension.

I would like to travel Canada for fall holidays 5th-12th Oct.
Is there any risk of re-entry in US via road boarder or denial at US boarder for re-entry.

Appreciate your inputs as I’m bit skeptical to make decision to travel. Thank you 🙏

Hello Mandar, myself and my husband we don't have birth certificates but we got affidavits from her relatives. But we tried our best n couldn't get non-availability certificates. Is it necessary to hv NA certificate too or affidavit will suffice. Please let me know. TIA🙏🙏🙏
