No Interview Notice, but Case Denied

In citizenship cases, USCIS will sometimes give applicants a second chance to go to their interview if they have missed the first one. For green card applications, we have seen a rise in USCIS denying cases for missing the interview.

If you can prove USCIS never sent you an interview notice, you can appeal the denial. If USCIS did send an interview notice but you never received it, you may want to think about re-applying.

HI, Mr Jim, can an asylum applicant legally in the country adjust status through an LPR Spouse when the asylum application is pending ?or does she or he have to wait until the spouse turns US citizen ? This could be a good vid for the next one .Thank you so much and have a great day
