#CivilSurgeon #I693 #GreenCard

Every day as we're dealing with the immigration mess one issue
that popped up that was really problematic that I want to
share with you all,
is regarding Firm I-693.
That's the form that you submit if you're filing for adjustment
of status in the United States and it's a medical check-up
form. So when you do a medical check-up for a green card
case you go to a doctor a civil surgeon.
They are people that have special certification from USCIS
to do the medical checkup and they check you and they check
your lungs for example for TB, for syphilis,
for gonorrhea, they also check to see if you
have any mental health issues. All these kind of stuff that they
may have problems with with allowing you before you get a green
card. They want to check it out and also they give you some
vaccines or they mark that those vaccines are not necessary
in your case.
Now, there's a lot of pages in this form that the doctors
supposed to fill out and there's tons of boxes
that they have to check off to say you're good, bad, or something
like that. Most people will have no problems andthey just check no, okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay, but because there's so many boxes every once in a while.
I will say one out of every ten to twenty times, a doctor forgets
to mark one of the boxes and that's why it's really important
that not only you get the sealed envelope copy from the doctor
for giving to USCIS.
But you need to ask for an additional copy on your own
so you can review it.
Now if you don't have familiarity with the Form, itis going to be hard
for you to review it, but I always tell my clients you have
to get an additional copy so I can review it because as I said
one out of 10 to one out 20 times the doctors miss one of
the boxes and if they do the USCIS cannot accept that medical
checkup because it's incomplete. Now historically if a USCIS
Officer something was incomplete.
They'll tell the client, the applicant, to keep go back to
the doctor and have them finish this up bring it back to us.
Will issue a request for evidence, RFE,
No problem.
We have time to do that.
But recently ever since President Trump has come out.
I've been seeing a cases contacting me and colleagues contacting
me about this saying that there were missing one box,
Like on a vaccine and they just denied the case.
So it's a crazy situation to go to the extreme of denying it
because then you have to file an appeal which cost a lot
of money a lot of time sometimes what I would do is try to
contact the local office and try to talk my way into having
them accept that it was an honest mistake and fix it, but they
don't have to do that.
If you don't file an official appeal and pay the fee. So theres
risk that as well or you may need to file the appeal
ayways, if you do reach out. Either way, it's a mess.
So there's ways to deal with that.
You should consult with an immigration attorney, contact my office if the problem
pops up.
We'll see what I can do with it. Just work fast if that happens.
But the bigger thing is this, you know, get an additional
copy of the doctor's report. Review it.
Just make sure all the boxes are checked or have your
lawyer look at it at too, because it's a really dumb issue to
have, to have a case denied because the doctor didn't mark
one of the boxes properly.
So I wanted to bring that to your attention because a lot
of people have cases that are going to go through this so you
have to be mindful and be careful of that.

I did medical check up for immigration. The doctor called me back to say syphillis was detected in my blood. I could not see how that would be possible since I wasn't sexually active in over 20 yrs since my divorce. I had not gone with anyone over those years. I also do not have any symptoms. I went to my primary care and did a blood test which came back negative and to make sure my primary care sent me to the department of health where they confirm I do not have syphillis.i brought the results and letter from the department of health back to the USCIS surgeon which the receptionist copied . It is over one week since I brought back the Dop report and over three weeks since I did the medical exam. Everytime I called about the pick up date for medica results. I am only getting the run around. I have been to the office several times and is still unable to speak to the doctor or get the report.

Thanks, interesting. A slightly off-topic question, how do you use the words “head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive” to transfer money to a card?

Has a case ever been thrown out because an interpreter was NOT listed on I-693 and an officer has doubts they were fluent in English?

Hi, my wife did her physical exam in London as part of her k1 visa. At that time there was one vaccine that she was not sure if she had, so she was told that she could check with her doctor and send the additional information when she applies for green card. She took the additional vaccine at her regular doctor and we went to a civil surgeon here in the the US to validate the additional vaccine. The civil surgeon completed the vaccines section only and we sent it with our application (I presume only the vaccines section was filled out since the rest of the physical was submitted from the physical exam in London required for her k1 visa). Recently we received a letter stating that the vaccines section of form i-693 was incomplete, and to resubmit a completed form with the vaccine section completed. My question is: Can the civil surgeon fill out only the vaccines section, or does my wife need to redo the entire physical again since her physical was not done originally by this civil surgeon in the US? Thank you, Sam S.

I just got my interview date but I am also pregnant. My doctor has recommended against getting the chest X-ray for TB at this time as the radiation can be harmful to the baby. Can I still do the rest of the medical exam and attend the interview and submit just the X-ray after my pregnancy? Or should I postpone my interview date by 8 months?

I had this happen to me. The Doctor did not check a box on the form and during my interview the officer told me that I would have been approved if this box was checked. The officer gave me instead an RFE and told me that I had to go back to the doctor and ask him to give me another one. I went to inform the doctor of the mistake he made and the hardship that he caused me, he did not want to do it again with out me paying again for the exams. Now my EAD is expired and my green card will be delayed for I don't know how much longer. To make things even worse I am closing on a home and my loan is contingent on my resident status. Can I take legal action against this Doctor?

My dad is a US Citizen, he applied for me and I recently got my working permit and live in the US. For I-693 do they do drug test? If so which one? Urine, hair, etc? Please reply it would mean a lot. I have to do the exam the 20th of this month.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, maybe someone here can tell me, OKX wallet has USDT, how can they be transferred to binance? There are only words: head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive. I don’t know the password, I don’t know anything else, how can I withdraw money using these phrases?
