Ingredients:
- Rice
- Curd
- 1 Potato
- 1/2 lb Green Beans
- 1-2 Green Chillis
- 4-5 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Spices
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin and Mustard Seeds
- Salt as per taste
Steps for Curd Rice:
1. Prepare Rice or use leftover rice.
2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan. Once it is hot, add green chillies, cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and grated ginger.
3. Fry for 1-2 mins and then add it to the rice.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp of curd, red chilli powder and salt to the rice and mix it well.
Steps for Potato Beans Fry:
1. Chop Potatoes and Beans.
2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and once it is hot add cumin and green chillies to it.
2. Add the chopped veggies to the pan.
3. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and cover and cook in medium for 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
4. Once the veggies turn golden brown, add red chilli powder and serve it.
