If none of this works try the smaller silicone attachment. Mine couldn’t detect my ears when they were connected. I put the smaller attachment on both and they work

Thank you! It was the volume control on my ipods pro for me, it was all the way down on my ipad but up on my iPhone 🤦🏻‍♀️ Didn’t think to just turn up the volume, lol

What if I use my airpods with my Samsung s23? ( Yes it's possible as long as the device supports Bluetooth. then you can connect your airpods to the device. It's actually cool and easy )

Thanks! I’d tried long lists of things and even gotten Apple phone support involved with no luck! My AirPods had sound on phone calls/zoom but played no sound on apps and I couldn’t find the answer anywhere … all good now! (the volume control tip fixed it)

hi, so my AirPods go and connect but I can’t hear anything out of them, and when it says the case is on 100% the right is on 100% but it says nothing below the left, and the left is the one I used. They were working last night but they aren’t this morning.!
